At UDON Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped.
